    §  Form G-1450 – Authorization For Credit Card Transaction
    Authorized payment amount of $1.225 of which:
    - $1.140, filling fee for Form I-485
    - $85, biometric services fee

    §  Form G-1145 E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance

    §  Form I-485 – Application to Register For Permanent Residence or Adjust Status
