Is it ok to apply for Adjustment of  status ( Form I 485 )  when her PD is current ? Or she have to get an H1 visa to be on legal status  ?

Just to Update all , I received  update yesterday stating your case is approved  . Thanks to almighty .

Pd : Sept 2016

California service center 

Got an Rfe too FOR re signing form 325-a  , and received result in 2 weeks .

Note : This is my assumption and it may be wrong too , uscis picks cases alphabetically .....

yeah bruh , got rfe for form 325-a . asking to resubmit ( for both ), i don"t know the reason why they asked me again ,as i did filled these forms and signed them correctly , initially  .
