I'm really sorry to hear this from you, as we can't consider 25 Million person they lives physically in this world like criminals or like fake people!

There some few cases and that's happening even in some of the modern countries like west Europe! it's individual cases where people trying to go U.S. illegally but once you have kids and you're already part of family and the all DNA examination verifying that, i think we're facing an difficult circumstances!

Anyway i won't go threw that Travel Ban if it's right or not but i wish as you lived in Yemen you've touched their kindness and Generosity and honesty with others.

unfortunately, no one receive anything in anywhere in wholly world! all Yemenis got A.P. or Refused as my application gotten.

they will ask to complete some documents for applying a waiver and there no 100% chance to get it because it takes month & months sometime and many times they will ask for more documents to complete the waiver request what makes it useless form!

Our chance to get it done only by June'2018th otherwise we have to deal with this as reality

Once you turn in all paperwork with medical examination they may just take what they want and give you back documents and tell you that you pass the interview.(Hint) if they ask you for your passport at the time you turn in all your paperwork amd medical examination  that means you pass the interview and you can fly out in two weeks after you get your passport and Visa. 

My Wife, went to second interview and handed in all paperwork and handed back paperwork that they did not want and ask for her passport and told her that she passed the interview and took her passport. I wish you luck my friend. Keep me posted on your second trip back to the Embassy. Sometimes we are in a rush and just forget things. It happens a lot. Take care. Hope second trip is successful.

But they was so kind people , they've asked me to bring more documents added with the medical examination.

I've gotten my interview date and in few days I'll go to do it, I hope everything will go well because she's suffering there in U.S 8th month pregnant and with my little son old 2 years and month now.

My Status goes "At NVC" since yesterday date of 29/Nov/2017 & I've gotten an email from NVC asking me to provide Tax documents of my agent for 2016 to the interview.

does it mean my case closed and they are preparing date of interview?

if that true? what about my medical test and my civil documents required for the interview?

I joined step of 11 weeks to assign my case as " At NVC" on October 22nd 2017 and today i just called NVC and i have asked about my mail if they received, they informed already received on a begging of November 2017th.

Until today I already waited for ( 4 weeks and 3 days ), do you think or as per your experiences they will finish my case and schedule my Inter View date before the Christmas to join my son and my wife at NY this year  !?

yea sometimes people get a not so helpful person answer the phone. If you are still in need of information from an NVC adviser simply call back and try to speak to a more helpful person! I've been lucky a lot of times doing so and spoken to lots of very friendly and informative people. In one case I spoke to a really nice person who checked my ds261 over the phone and had it processed the very next day where as the person on the phone the day before said i would have to wait another week for it to be checked! Keep trying

Yeah immigration lawyers are only needed when you're going to need a waiver or foresee major issues, luckily I don't need those people I have a law degree myself. She said clearly we can't check by "SRCXXXXXXXXX" Tracking number ... once you will receive document from NVC with our tracking number then follow up with us.

Even that fake lawyer who submitted my application told me "my job to submit your docs not to follow" !! what's happening i don't know why i just paid him money

i have called NVC !

i asked them about my case if there any update, lady answered and asked me for NVC file number, once i told them i doesn't have that papers i received only approval letter from USCIS they said don't call us until will you will receive that form from NVC attached file number to follow up with us otherwise we can't help you.

whom i should call or go !!

currently i crossed almost 6 weeks completely and still waiting without any direction or results!!
