  1. EDIT: I thought of a possible issue. I lived in NC when we started the process and I suppose I filed at the Phoenix center. Now we live in VA. Should we continue mailing to Phoenix, or Dallas now?

My wife and I sent out our I-751 package on June 30th via USPS Express Mail with tracking, almost exactly 90 days before her greencard expires. We sent the package to the following address:

    USCIS
    P.O. Box 660480
    Dallas, TX 75266

This is the correct address for the state we live in. Anyways, it arrived in Dallas, then Coppell, TX and was out for delivery July 3rd. All of a sudden, 5 days later, it's returned my state's distribution center, where I dropped it off. It bounces between a couple distribution centers in my state 4 or 5 times, then arrives AGAIN in Dallas July 13th. It's been in transit since then...

When I went to the post office to ask about it, they gave me a boilerplate answer and didn't even try to look it up on their computers. Do I need to be a Karen and ask for the manager? Has anybody else had a similar problem? :(

I'm thinking about making a copy and sending via FedEx to the alternate address.

    Interested to hear your thoughts!

  2. Hi all,

I'm having trouble starting my first application. I go to this page https://ceac.state.gov/GenNIV/default.aspx -- and enter the security code. Then I choose the location and before I can do anything else, it redirects me to the below screenshot. I've tried this in Chrome, IE and Firefox to no avail. Can anybody try to start an application and see if this is a universal problem or if I'm the only one? I also tried on my phone and the same thing happens.

As per reading the forum, no they dont go in order completely.. And seeing other later dates get approved earlier than us is a pain.others dont get any app update, instead they get their approval straight from the mail...lets hope for the best! 🤔🤔

Yeah, I was afraid of that. Thanks though! My fiancee and I are getting anxious but it helps to read about others here who are in the same boat. Good luck!

  4. Hi guys, I'm a new US filer for a K-1 Visa to bring my Brazilian girlfriend to the country.

Two questions on the G-325A. Is it still necessary for both my fiancee and me to provide one? I ask because I saw nothing about it being necessary on the USCIS website, only on the checklist for a K-1 visa on this website.

Second, the expiration date of the current G-325A is 6/30/2017. I need her to print, sign and send me this form which could take up to 1 month from Brazil. Would she have to fill out another form and send it? Is there already an updated form I can access? Is it better to just wait until the new form comes out?

I appreciate any insight and responses you guys may have here!!
