If she wants to upgrade her petition as a US citizen she must notify USCIS of her new status. She will need to provide evidence of her naturalization.

Her husbands case should be updated after that. But he will still be a permanent resident (green card holder).

Yes his hisband will be green card holder.  So is there any form to fill by wife so that she can send uscis and update the process????

Interesting, did you arrange the marriage? Not often a sibling of the immigrant does the forms for the USC spouse.

anyway as others have said if CR1 you just need to pay the fee and remember there will be removal of conditioms necessary in a couple of years.

Dont u fill any form for ur relatives i mean on behalf of them? That doesnt means u arranged that for them. And my question is simple, does he need to meet the person personally to pay fees or he should file online? If online then which website?

You need to find out for sure what type of visa she entered the US on,  for us to properly answer you.

Or, have her/him make an account on VJ so we can be given the proper information since they'd know their own backstory better than anyone else.

I am the one who filled every form on behalf of him keeping him in front of me and bow he is infront of me

I'm guessing that the representation of the US for Bhutan would be the embassy in New Delhi though there are no official diplomatic ties between the two countries (US and Bhutan).

In fact, you can find more information on the US Embassy in New Delhi webpage at https://in.usembassy.gov/our-relationship/bhutan-affairs/visa-procedures-bhutanese-applicants/

but the form are same right mean for all countries for the tourist visa?

  5. hey, Guys My Relatives who live in Bhutan, they want to Vist their old mother (84+ age) who is US Citizen. I have heard that there is no US Embassy in Bhutan. So I am confused how to apply and where to apply and in which Embassy.

  6. hey guys my brother is a us citizen and has file for his wife. he dont have enough income so i am helping him as a joint sponcer. but i am confused which for should i fill for affidavite of support? i864 or i864A?

and in i864 part 5household size should be 2, my brother and his wife but it comes 3.

    1) Provide the number you entered in part 3item number 28 that comes 1.

Persons not sponcered in this affidavit:

    2) yourself 1

    3) if you are currently married, enter 1 for your spouse and that is 1. and in total it will be 3.

but his spouse is already counted in 1. help me guys

You already asked similar questions, didn't like the replies, so made another thread until you get the replies you like?

This is my another question. M not talking abt group visa. I know they will get individual visa. My query is how can they take interview date so that they can stand in front of counselor together not one by one interview?

You should be fine then. Make sure you go to the post office and forward all mail to your new address and let the uscis know of your address change.

There shouldn't be. Did you move within the same city?
