Yes his hisband will be green card holder.  So is there any form to fill by wife so that she can send uscis and update the process????

One of my friend started process on green card to bring her husband. Now she became citizen. What or which form should she fill to update the Process from green card to citizenship. Thanks

anyway as others have said if CR1 you just need to pay the fee and remember there will be removal of conditioms necessary in a couple of years.

Dont u fill any form for ur relatives i mean on behalf of them? That doesnt means u arranged that for them. And my question is simple, does he need to meet the person personally to pay fees or he should file online? If online then which website?

Lol i think u didnot got my question. I asked where should he pay the fees? Online or in person to get that green card in mail. As i know they dont send green card for free.

I applied for her in bhalf of her husband. Yes it is CR1 coz i already told he is citizen applying for her wife.

She got visa through her citizen husband that means May be CR1.

hey, Guys My Relatives who live in Bhutan, they want to Vist their old mother (84+ age) who is US Citizen. I have heard that there is no US Embassy in Bhutan. So I am confused how to apply and where to apply and in which Embassy. 

Is it same process like applying Visitors Visa from other countries or is there any other form? and where should I schedule an interview?

Which form and what category of visa and where to schedule the interview, please if anyone knows abt it help me.

My brother dont have enough income to do sponcer to his wife as he didnot work last 3 years and now he is working so he is thinking of keeping his sister as a joint sponcer. She has good tax year to sponcer her. Now he is again confused on i864 form. Which form should he fill for sister to be joint  Sponcer? I864 or i864 A for household member? Thanks in advance

one more thing. when he file tax before he use to keep me as a dependent. he have tax return of 2012, 13, and 14 coz he didnot worked after this and he is working now. does that affect as i was his dependent? he has low income so he is keeping sister who has more than 30000$ yearly income.

and in i864 part 5household size should be 2, my brother and his wife but it comes 3. 

1) Provide the number you entered in part 3item number 28 that comes 1.

3) if you are currently married, enter 1 for your spouse and that is 1. and in total it will be 3.

i was looking youtube to find out how to schedule non immigration interview dates, there i saw that they were choosing language. but when i am trying then i didnot saw any option. my parents age 57+ lives in Nepal and they dont know how to speak English. i repeated twice thrice but i didnot saw any option on language.

Ya same city. I was thinking of moving to cheaper appartment in couple of days so i wrote that address on ds160 but today i found another more cheaper appartment. So i will be moving there in 2-3 weeks.
