On Part 8 page 13 To enter additional addresses, you put the Page Number (2) part (1) and then comes the Item number(?) I know the area to add the additional address is free form, meaning you add the information for the other addresses, but its the ITEM number that has me asking what is the item number, and do you change the item number if have more addresses to fill out. And if you have ex wifes and 3 divorces, what item number would you use for them? This question is very critical to get an answerer on. I'm probably over thinking it, but I do not want a rejection either for a stupid mistake.

I'm trying to understand how to format the Additional Information page 13. Do you just put the data as shown on each line of for example page 2 part I 9a the data input as shown on on lines below i.e. 9b 9c 9d etc., or do you add information in block format with dates from/to at bottom, or free form ?

Ok, I get the item number, but the formatting of the info since its in variable field. For example in page 2, part 1 the Item is # 13, but how do you identify the information shown from 14a-16b on the form, would you just put down the info in the same format, or just make sure all the info is contained as required by the I-129F form.

Ok, am I dumb as a stump. I need to add additional addresses, but unsure what "item" number means. What format do you use for adding addresses into the I-129 F form? Help!!

OP
We sent our papers USPS Priority Mail last Friday the 4th and received notification yesterday on the 10th via email that they received our papers and they were in process. That being said personally I've had bad experience with USPS FedEx ups and all of them for various types of me also I think sometimes it's just a matter of who's handling your documents or mail at the time. Best of wishes that you get a verification on that and that's why we always should have spare documentation for our records and for backup.
