So yeah, my scan date at the NVC was November 9th. I checked the other day and according to another thread posted by OP it looks like my wife has a CC, hopefully (fingers and toes crossed). The AOS line disappeared on the DS 260 log in page and when I use "Check Status" on CEAC it changed to "At NVC", just a couple of days ago. Don't remember what day exactly. I hope that I will receive a notification soon. I originally sent my wife's I-130 to USCIS in January of this year. 

Scan Date(SD): November 15, 2017
Case Complete(CC): December 15, 2017
 
Long time reader, first time poster.
Signed up just to tell you guys that my child and I just got CC earlier! The NVC seems to be working extra fast now! Maybe cause of the upcoming holidays? Called them when I saw that the AOS portion in my CEAC log in disappeared.

CC this morning 😍😀😍😀 4 weeks at NVC.... they got their shiz together and seems like the process is faster for a lot of people now..... AT LAST... 

INTERVIEW APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED !!!! omg i cannot believe this  i received email at midnight with the letter date of 12-14-2017... hubbys appointment scheduled for 1-29-2018 @ 8:00am. Thank you God!!!

Yes. I got my CC on 12/11. SD was 11/6

I just called and knew that my case got completed. SD 8 Nov, exactly 5 weeks today. Nothing changed on my online status CEAC yet.

Good news! Just checked online and my case is at NVC. Called and they said It was Just approved today. SD was 11-6. CC 12-11. Took 5 weeks and 1 day. 

November 1st.

First sd 9/13 
Check list 11/1
Second sd 11/7
Cc 12/11/17

got CC yesterday.
 
SD = 11-6
CC= 12-11

Waiting on Interview now. The rep told me that New Delhi is one of the busier embassies, so the wait might be a bit longer.  Hopefully it will be coming by the end of the month.

Interviewed in Lagos this morning, Visa Approved.

We had the interview today!!! Approved!!! Thank you Jesus!!! I will update VJ timeline later today. 

had my interview yesterday.  And i got approved.
Questions are as follows.
 
Have you ever traveled out side your country? Police certificate ? How you met your wife? what is she doing? how many people attended your wedding? pictures Any one from USA attended your  marriage? what are you doing here? They said we are keeping your passport you are approved and will get your passport in 14 days.
 
Since yesterday my CEAC status is showing AP is it normal ?

thanks  im so excited and ready for this whole process to come to an end! original scan date is 7-24-2017, 2nd scan date is 9-19-2017, and CC 12-5-2017

Called this morning to confirm my case complete! slightly over 5 weeks after scan date too! I hope they schedule the interview just as fast. Hang in there everyone!

Razumem u potpunosti. Nego mi čudno da nikoga nema ko je aplicirao krajem 2016 pa sve do danas 2017🤷🏻‍♀️ Možda je stvarno mnogo manji broj ljudi apliciralo ove godine u odnosu na prošlu i sve ostale. Jesam član te grupe, hvala ti🙂

I don't have CC yet (SD November 16th ) but I know they say to count 11 weeks from your SD. Also on this forum I noticed people get CC or RFE in 6,7 weeks. 
Call and ask them for your scan date if you still didn't. Scan date is the day when they put your info in the system aka the computer

I want to believe but can’t tell my husband yet as I really need that confirmation. 
I got to be able to look at my husband on cam when I see his face to tell him and I have to be positive as I can’t break his heart  ❤️ By later coming back and telling him oh I thought we were.

Nazalost tako ti to ide. Ljudi su aktivni dok prolaze kroz proces dobijanja vize. Onog momenta kad dobiju vizu, interesovanje polako nestaje (ne kazem da tako treba da bude, ali to je prosto u ljudskoj prirodi). Ne znam da li si clan ove FB grupe, ali evo ti link, grupa je jako aktivna i tamo uvek mozes da pitas sve sto te zanima

It happened to me....few days after that notification we received approval letter for i130....so it's good news💃🏻💃🏻🎉🎉
