    hi all

    well my lawyer got in touch today to say that he has recieved the rfe... and everything they are asking for we have allready sent .. can you believe these ppl???

    they want our kids birth certificates ( which i allready sent)

    a copy of my birth certificate (beneficiary)

    my decree absolute....(allready sent)

    and letters of at least 4 people to say that we have been together in the last 2 years ( allready sent plus we have 2 kids aged 2 and 1)

    even the lawyer said that this is bull!! and our adjudicator must have been in a stinker of a mood! so i hope none of you get the same one we did

    anyway good luck to all who are still waiting ...just thought id let you all know what evidence they are asking for :(

    after having 4 kids i have to agree that a smack on the behind does the job but does not install fear.. i was spanked by my parents and would never talk to my parents the way i hear some kids talk to their parents today ... i also think that a lot of kids act up nowadays because they know that the only punishment they get is ... naughty step/ toys removed etc and whilst this works in the younger kids i dont think it has much effect on older ones.... kids are told now that parents are not allowed to spank and i think kids play on that fact.

    my thoughts and best wishes are with both of you, and hopefully i can make you feel alittle better by knowing that i too had a dvt after flying home from the states and i was also pregnant! yes it is serious but it is also easily curable as i was home after a few days and have never had any problems since... i hope she gets better soon

    you are a very talented photographer i bet that would have been a good picture too! you can be sure to get a lot of dark rainy sky pictures here in york

    Hahaha, I'm not that talented. Whenever it's overcast in York, the sky always turns out bone white in my photographs. :crying:

    well i had some time to spare so i checked out your photos and i thought they where great! i really liked the ones of snow in york as you know we dont get to see snow that often... really nice pictures :thumbs:

    i am exactly the same as you truffles we did everything correct (even through a lawyer) we have 2 kids together aged 2 and 1 so i really think that is sufficient proof that we have been together in the last 2 years...i too am wondering what else they could need! good luck to you though
