If you send your documents to Embassy with a AR registered mail to the post office then post office will return back to you the advice reciept. Indicated in the form you send to the embassy. All you need to do is to wait for the email.

After sending my AOS application EAD & AP last year september I got responds after 3 months waiting. And recieved my EAD and AP. Then January 2018 my interview date
