Visa was issued on February 11! Finally after a whole year of waiting from NOA1 to visa issued the full process to be completed. Husband has arrived today! Thank you and everyone who supported during the restless times!

No. Big mistake! Definitely take tax docs.

1/17/18 had interview and they asked for tax docs again because they were not loading on the computer while conducting the interview. Turned in tax docs again on 1/18/18. Been in admin processing since than. Contacted uscis they said contact embassy. Contacted embassy they said to email. Emailed embassy they said it takes up to 60 days to close a case and issue visa. 

Anyone already submit the NVC visa application along with the packet for the February filers?

Thank you!!! Yes I did send both the birth certificates for both of us.

checked the USCIS app but it still isn't updated yet. So tell your significant other to check their mailboxes everyday.

Case approval received today! TSC with PD is 2/6/17 approval date is 7/21/17!!!! One week after inquiry was input by calling the uscis. 

Paperwork included with the I130 application was the application itself, both birth certificates with the translations since they weren't in english, marriage certificate, 3 affidavits of relatives who were present at the wedding.

This is super weird! Did anyone else notice this update? TSC is showing back to October 4, 2016???????

So I just got off the phone with USCIS. Tier 1 customer service with very basic access. They pretty much see what we see online. They did put in a service request for the case. Advised that I should be hearing back from "someone via phone, email, or a letter mailed in 0-30 days". Looks like we are in another 30 days waiting period and than waiting period after these 30 days. 

Any updates for feb applications I-130?  Noa1 was received on feb 6 and priority date feb 6. I haven't received any information. I called once and uscis rep stated I should just check online and they will contact if they need anything. Just sad to not have my hubby with me
