mother in law had greencard interview today and was given form 221g that read you have been found ineligble for immigrant visa under section 221g of the imigration and nationality act. todays decision cant be appealed please advise that for us visa purposes inculding e constitutes a visa denial. we recommend you stay alert official communications through the travel.state.gov.. will post in a few months if we receive additional updates

with trumps new ban on greencard applicants will mother in laws greencard be cancelled. trumps hold goes into effect on jan 21 and her interview under wifes citizenship is on feb 2. we are a little worried.
