    with trumps new ban on greencard applicants will mother in laws greencard be cancelled. trumps hold goes into effect on jan 21 and her interview under wifes citizenship is on feb 2. we are a little worried.

    hello im trying to file for my parents now that im a us citizen. is the form i 130 the current form to submit ? i thought there was another form that gets filled just to get approval for petition?

    does this require form n600 to request her own us citizenship certificate ? does that also incur the filing cost of 1100?

    my wife just passed her naturalization test and we are wondering what will happen to stepdaughter's status. does she become a us citizen since she is under 18? does mother need to file some paperwork ? if anybody knows please let us know as we are not sure about this.
