    New Card Is Being Produced

On July 6, 2017, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number WAC1618150397, and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

FINALLY I just received a case status update email that my card is being produced as of July 6th and will be mailed to the address I have on file.

Took 1 year and 27 days. Hate to say this but I wasn't really excited like I was when I received the conditional green card. My mood this time around was  '..whatever'. I guess the long delay squeezed out all the joy in me lol. Glad to know though I don't have to keep checking the status of this process any longer.

Best of luck to everyone still waiting on their cards. I will update once I receive my card.

And just so you know, I didn't receive any text messages. Just an email with the status update.

(Moderator's I intentionally did not mask my case information as it's pointless to mask it anyway. It's already information publicly available on the USCIS site and nobody can do anything with it unless they have a combination of my other information such as address, full name, DOB etc. I just figured it will help folks to get an idea on the progress of their cases relative to mine).

Ours just got approved as well, dated 7/6.

Our number is also WAC161815XXXX, so they must be approving things in batches.

  2. Just came back from an InfoPass appointment at the San Francisco field office.

    We were told that:

    - I-751 processing is very backed up right now, and could take up to 1.5 years

    - our case was assigned to an officer on 5/15/2017

    - extension letter extends 1 year from expiration of original green card, not the date of the extension letter

    - the policy is no extension stamp unless within 1 month of expiration (he indicated there is a bit of flexibility on this, and that going back 1.5 months before expiration for a stamp is probably fine)

    - not to worry about it

  3. Is there anyone else who filed at CSC with a receipt date of 6/10/2016 (or earlier) that still hasn't been approved? It seems that CSC has already moved onto the next week's filings.

    Mailed out: 6/6/2016

    Receipt date on I-797: 6/10/2016

    Biometrics taken: 7/6/2016

I'm tempted to schedule an Infopass appointment just to get a status update from an USCIS officer in person.
