  1. Our immigration attorney used my my wife's (US Citizen) Maiden name based on her Form N-560 Certification of US Citizenship before her first marriage. We had to call our attorney through Zoom to arrange for my I485/I130 application due to the Pandemic, mistakes happen. She currently using her first husband's last name and kept it since even after the marriage with me (Applicant for Adjustment of Status) to avoid complication due to name change (all of her business and bank account document used the first husband's last name, and Covid really made everything difficult). We have documents to show that her last name changed (marriage certification & divorce certification with the first husband). Would this be enough to avoid complication? I'm currently talking with our immigration attorney, but I want to ask for your opinion as well.
