Its easy she needs to call psa and tell her situation. Filipino most of the time has same name and surname but middle name. Call the manager/supervisor and they will ask her mother's maiden name and some other info about her trust me they wont apologize but they will send the right cenomar. Another thing let her offer another mailing fee once she called for faster transaction. Its not a first case
What is psa come to find out her yong sis used her name I don't think she's going to call anyway so it seems that our journey is over because she don't want to get her sisters in trouble

Well at least for me in her I had an interview today and apparently somebody use her name but a different birthdate and get married so now we have to find out what to do to get that taken off of there so she can come over here and we can get married no idea what to do

Just call them again and ask for a tier 2 officer you can talk to right away. Tell them you called before and nobody ever called you back. Ask to be transferred right away. Try asking your congressman for help, too, because to be honest, USCIS officers aren't really going to do anything to help you get approved right now. They'll just tell you the same thing they tell everyone else, which is to wait because they're still processing November/December cases. Either ask for your congressman's help, or request to expedite your case (if you have a valid reason to, of course).
Thank you your help

Sorry, but your post was a little confusing. So you called them last month and you were told to call back when when your case has been untouched for 4 months? And it has been 4 months and you're asking if tou should call them back? I don't know exactly what you asked them and what you want to know now but I assume it's what's up with your case, Am I right?
I see your NOA1 date is January 25. There are still many January filers who haven't received an approval or RFE. There are even some November amd December filers who are still waiting. Some people here contacted their congressman for help so I suggest you do that, too.
Also, the tracker is broken right now so do check your mail often as getting the NOA2 letter seems to be the only way right now to know that you have been approved. You can also call USCIS again and ask for a tier 2 officer to check your case status for you, I guess.
I did ask to talk to someone else who could give me more information he said. No call back in a month

Well not sure if I'm posted in the right place I'll call there a couple months back woman told me to call back when my case has been there for 4 months and I asked questions and it did not answer what I asked them so he said just call back and for months and nothing has been done by then didn't put a inquiry in so I should wait then or put one in now

I have a question anyone can help me out with this my fiance visa found February 23rd I called the California service center and they said it was still working on new members and that I need to wait the process in time and to call them back if I don't hear nothing but he wouldn't answer what this standard process and I was so I appreciate any help on this

I used Rapid Visa and I think they were very helpful on getting all the information I needed to file the paperwork even knows sometimes they said needed this and needed that but they're just being thorough to make sure free paperwork goes through smoothly

I filed my I-129 Set on January 17th to the Texas office then they sent to the California service center and I get my notice of action on January 25th still waiting to receive second notice feel like it's taking forever hope to receive something soon actually I'm thinking maybe I should call and ask them
