SCAN DATE: 6/1/17 (WAS TOLD 11 WEEKS WAIT LIKE EVERYONE ELSE) THIS IS MY 2ND TIME APPLYING FOR MY HUSBAND. THE FIRST TIME WE WENT THRU THIS PROCESS 2 YEARS AGO NVC WAS NO MORE THAN 30 DAYS PROCESSING. THIS 11 WEEKS PROCESSING IS ABSOLUTELY CRAZY.

Good day,  my first petition for my husband was denied under 221g as well. From the actual interview until the case was reviewed for affirmation that time span too 15 months. Very long wait.  

Hello There!

I was able to add my husband to my life insurance policies as well as add him as the beneficiary to my policy through my employer. You may want to check into that in dept.

Yes, my petition expedite request was approved after 4 weeks, going through Nvc now.

I have yes. Give thanks I was able to get the petition expedited and I'm now going through the Nvc. It only took 4 weeks for the petition to be approved this time. 

The same thing happened to me the first time. What a frustrating thing to have to go through. They will send the case back to the uscis and ask them to revoke the petition. Ur spouse will be mailed out a noir (notice of intent to reboke) It literally took one year for me to receive mine. I then sent a response and my petition was still revoked. I read where some folks were able to overcome the noirs but majority are not. The CO who denied my husbands visa stated a lot of erroneous statements that were flat out lies. I was actually at the interview with him but I wasn't able to talk. Anymuch, ur best bet is to reapply. Good luck.
