Am getting this message from the website , what should I do now ? Should I go head tell my fiancé to go to do the medecial or should I wait for embassy notification ?

My was was recieved to NVC on 26th January , sent to embassy 2/1/18
when I checked , it say in stansit ...
what should I do now .
Is it possible to book appoinemtent for interview or I have to wait until I recieve their permission ... can I still book for medical check up without their permission .
