Awesome, that clears it up for me. Thanks Geowrian and Marzena & Stephen.

Thanks for catching that geowrian, I've changed it over to I-864 now. I'm still a bit curious of why the Vietnam US Embassy website shows the I-864 though...

Hi All,
We just received our NOA2 approval on the I-129f form submitted to USCIS :). Now I'm working working on the I-134 Affidavit of Support, but looking on Vietnam US Embassy website, I see it shows the I-864 form? What form should I use?
Thanks in advance -
Thanks all. Will probably end up sending the wet ones to be safe, and I assume I just use one of these two addresses below on the letter?

Hi all,
I'm new to this whole process and starting the process of gathering all the documentation required for the I-129F portion. I've been using this site and visatutor.com which seems to have pretty easy to follow and thorough step-by-step processes. On the evidence of intent to marry portion, I'm curious if I need to have her send me the original signed document, or will a copy work? Also, on visatutor.com he mentions having other information such as wedding receipts, etc. If we plan on just getting married in the courthouse during the 90 days and holding a wedding, probably in her county, at a later date. Is that okay? I'm sure I'll have lots of questions and will be searching through the forum more before I post, but just wanted to get a post going to help get the ball rolling.
Thanks in advance
Possible job opportunity in another country while finishing up K1 process, curious if this is even possible...
in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures

Hi All,
We're getting pretty close to finishing up our K1 Visa process, we have our NVC case number and are finishing up our last steps. I haven't read to much on the next part for after she get here, other than seeing that it looks to take a while for the I-485 (AOS) portion. However, I was recently offered a possible position in another country (Australia) that would have a work visa sponsorship for me, but not sure how that (or could) work for bringing over my soon to be wife? Anybody ever seen anything similar to this...
