As my IMBRA was receipted last Friday, I decided to start checking USCIS for touches, coz we are hoping for approval this week. Strange thing, I had a touch yesterday (Sunday), thats odd????? Anybody else?

another june approval! omg i just checked and had to wake up my baby!!! omg, i wanna dance around my apartment all day. congrats to everyone else approved and good luck and all the best to everyone still waiting.

Congrats to you both!!! I just posted re time between RFE and APPROVAL. Interseting that yours was 3days. I hope my prediction for next week is correct.

I mailed the RFE IMBRA back to CSC on Tuesday and today they are acknowledging receipt of it. It appears to me that the time it takes CSC to acknowledge recently has reduced from a couple of weeks to several days. I also noticed on one recent post that 2 days after the RFE acknowledgement was posted, the APPROVAL was posted. If the current RFE IMBRA timelines are indicative of the recent upsurge of approval activity by USCIS at CSC then I pray that Mira and I will get our APPROVAL next week. I hope this is the case for every VJr out there waiting for news on their RFE. Good luck to all.

Yup, got mine today. Will overnight tomorrow even tho its Friday. Then as we are now used to, wait and wait and wait!

The reason probably is Filers who used the new I129F are getting their approval while we are getting the IMBRA form. Good luck to them and good luck to us all as we will eventually get that sacred APPROVAL!!! PATIENCE is the key!

They are duplicates. I just received the same email 3 times for RFE mailed 9-16. Bummer!!!!!

Now have to wait to see what else they require. Hope it doesn't take weeks, aarrgh!!!

My first post on VJ. It looks as though a number of June petitions at CSC are getting reviewed. My first touch was 6-17 and then nothing until I checked late last night and a touch 9-13. I just checked again and another touch 9-14. I hope this is positive for an approval rather than an RFE!
