I don't want to be a party pooper, but considering how things are processing right now, I don't think there's any way you can be done with the whole process by July, considering after NOA2 you still have to go through the NVC and Embassy stage. Unless you got an expedited case? Not sure how those work, but you need to have a very good reason for it... Otherwise we all would go for it

Hi, my fiance applied k1 visa on April 10th by usps still wating for NOA1 haha... Hopely we get that soon! And nice to meet you all We are planning to get marry in July. It's a little tight plan but just hoping Good luck to everyone to file k1 visa. It's a lot of money.
