My last update on NIV was in June.. in the IV it was 1 month ago and it's probably because I emailed embassy. I don't know why this is happening..

It went from IV  to NIV... but now it only updates on the IV in Administrative processing.. what about u? And when was ur last update?

7 months and waiting  after AR😭😭! I don't understand why it's taking so long. My Fiance' interview was Feb 23rd 2017. All it shows is administrative processing 😭

I heard from my lawyer, they only ask for medical when ready to issue visa. For k1 visas they expire in 6 months..I'm waiting too..so stressful. It's been 9 months in AP for my Fiance' and me😭

Still AP.. it's AP now for 8 months.. only updated because I got my senator involved and my congressman.. Embassy emailed them back saying the same they always do..administrative processing... it's so hard.. idk how long this will last and so afraid of denial.. how about u?

Don't contact the Embassy regarding ur medical. Wait till they contact u. Unfortunately I know it's very frustrating. But they will contact u when ready to have u do medical to issue visa. I'm on AP 8 months already and my medical expired 2 months ago. I was advised not to contact them about this. They know our medicals are expired... I wish u the best..its so hard waiting and not knowing...

I'm so sorry for u! Honestly  I believe their is more to this story on why he was denied. I believe what others are saying. U need to get a senator or congressman involved  to see what the denial is for. This seems very strange for it to be just  some red flags like..age, religion or 1 meeting. Their is something that happened during interview or something CO found out about ur finace' to get this kind of denial. I really hope the best for u!

In June it changed to NIV.(which was 4 months after interview).. now IV is the only one that's getting updates. I don't know what to do. It's so depressing. Do u know anything about Mehar  story? I heard he was denied. He said he knew they didn't believe their relationship. I wonder when they told him this. I don't want to wait so long in AP to get denied..im so scared over this!
