    Just checked the case status again and the 1-130 approval notice just appeared as well. 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

    Omg guys I would like to share the great news I'm in serious tears of joy right now. Just got notice online that my husband green card was approved. I didn't get any notice that the 1-130 was approved maybe it will come later on but from what I have researched the the 1-485 can't get approved unless the 1-130 was approved in the first place. Thanking  the universe n the cosmos right now. Genuine Blessings to every one.

    Omg guys I would like to share the great news I'm in serious tears of joy right now. Just got notice online that my husband green card was approved. I didn't get any notice that the 1-130 was approved maybe it will come later on but from what I have researched the the 1-485 can't get approved unless the 1-130 was approved in the first place. Thanking  the universe n the cosmos right now. Genuine Blessings to every one.

    give it until August. next month in reality is way too soon. when u do your fingerprint it usually takes 30 days for FBI to clear ur background check. plus EAD are issued within 75 to 90 days after application received...

    1. USCIS received it on 02/17/2017
     
    2. Notice of acceptance for all three received text/email 03/10/2017
     
    3. Biometrics ASC received 03/14/2017
    4. RFE sent to us on 03/17/2017 
     
    5. RFE in mail on 03/23/2017 
    REASON: FORGOT TO FILL NAME IN PAGE 3 PART 4 OF i-864 AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT. 
     
    6. RFE sent back on 03/24/2017
     
    7. USCIS received it on 03/27/2017
     
    8. USCIS text update notice of receipt on 03/29/2017
     
    9. Biometrics done one 03/28/2017
