Op, you you'll still be the primary sponsor, and your husband's cousin will be the joint sponsor. So basically both you and your husband's cousin will be sharing the sponsoring responsibilities.
Thanks

So your husband is here on a tourist visa. Is he going back to his home country while waiting for his spouse visa? Or is he filing for adjustment of status to be able to live here in the US legally? I'm asking so I can move this thread to the correct forum.
His visa expired, he filing for adjustment of status.

Ok, then please edit your profile.
Yes, your cousin can sponsor as long as she is a LPR or USC. And no, you wouldn't be counted on household size.
Thank you

But did you really apply for a IR-1 CR1 visa? How did he enter the US? Knowing that information is CRUCIAL to your question. Please don't have us pulling the information from you. We want to help. How did he come here? Where is he from?
He came with a visa, he is from Dominican Republic

Well, either you filed the wrong profile info or you don't have to AOS because he's here on a CR1 visa. Please be more explicit if you want precise information.
It say to choose and I choose IR-1/CRA1 visa before posting the question

https://cl.usembassy.gov/u-s-citizen-services/entry-exit-requirements/
as you stated with her being an USC, she should be able to enter the country with her normal passport. Does she already have her passport?

If he doesn't wish to remain married (which is understandable after being cheated on IMO), he can divorce and file for ROC with a divorce waiver.
Go got it. He can still get his 10 permanent resident.

We need more information than this. Like what is his status in the US, how did he come to the US, etc. Also, do you mean your husband’s cousin’s wife? Because that’s kind of confusing too.
He is a resident, but not permanent resident. This year he has to renew. I don’t know if you understand now.

My husband causin wife cheated on him with another men, he has prove that she did. Is he able to get his permanent visa? His up for renewal December of this year. She is the us citizen.

there is no visa that allows disabled adult children to migrate to the US as derivatives to their parents
Thank you for replying. That’s what I thought him they she not able to come like that.
7 hours ago, NigeriaorBust said:The way for them to come together is for him to file for the sibling, then in 15 or more years , file for the mother and they will get visas at the same time. Otherwise there is no way they will get a visa at the same time. Parents are about a year, siblings take over 15 years. Children do not come "for free" with the petition for a parent.
Thank you

My question is when my husband become a US citizen, will he be able to bring his mom along with his sister? His sister has Down syndrome and she is over 21. I will like to know is there a way for her to come with his mom.

Once they stamped your passport, you will have to wait 3 weeks for or social security card. If it doesn't come in those 3 weeks, you will have to go to your local social security office and find out why they haven't send it. I was though by a lawyer.

I-485 status
in Adjustment of Status Case Filing and Progress Reports
Posted
My husband filing date is nov 19, 2021 for I-485, I-130, I-765. On dec 23, 2021 got his biometrics done. On feb 1,2022 they received the evidence for I-485 since then we having received a case update. So a lawyer in tictok made of video if your case is pass the processing time you are able to send an inquiry request, so I did. And today my husband checks to see any updates on the online we made. And he see that on the case it says case closed on the left corner. Reminding the case status Still says that on feb 1, 2022 the received evidence. I just want to know what does the case closed mean?
