Hi Everyone...seems like we are going to fly to Hawaii tomorrow night. It has been released by the embassy and the visa is already out for delivery. Arrrr giggity giggity I am so excited! Godd luck to all and I am praying for the februaryinterviewees for a fast approval and visa delivery.

We have bad news, are case is under AR for a few reasons. I am still getting the details for her at this time. We will have too wait now, she was told a week. Not a good start!

Anyone here who had the interview date on or after january 19th who got their visa/passport? Please post a reply here.

We keep on checking delbros through their website and through texting but they said it's not released.

I am praying that you're going to get your visa soon. I already got mine but I am still here waiting for Zeahne's (son) visa to get here. Been calling USE, the other day they said that its waiting to be printed. But early this morning the lady told me that it is under review. Good luck sis.

I am wondering if anyone here had thier K2(derivative) being put under review. I still don't receive the visa of my son. Any input would be helpful. I feel so helpless and the call center can't even tell us why it is under review. They keep telling us to just wait and it will come out soon but when? Prayers and advice will be very much appreciated. Thank you.

Zane (RiggerAF), I can understand your frustration but I've never heard of K2 being put on AR. Have you tried calling Delbros if they have your son's passport? It is possible that his passport just got separated with yours kaya separate ang delivery. I hope you receive it today.

I called delbros kanina. My tracking number is MNL200676410702. My son naman is MNL200676410701. They updated the case number with 01 at the end and said that my son has received the visa. But the thing is... sa akin yong visa na receive ko kahapon at hindi ang sa anak ko. You can check it sa delbros site... im sure maguguluhan ka rin.

When I called delbros the guy said that the embassy didn't release any visa yesterday and hopefully they will today and I can only pray that Zeahne's visa is with it. Thanks for the comforting word. I really need it this time.

I also called the embassy and the lady said that it is under review which made me shock. How come he was put in AR when in fact he is a minor. It's driving me insane.

Hopefully this is a short AR. I am guessing they are looking for a coesent letter from the father which is not required if I understand your situation. I would call them and see what the hold up is. Luckily it is only $25 to change you fligt if you are on the 1600 PAL flight to Honolulu. Good luck, we are pulling for you, Ken & Maria

They don't require any consent, they didn't ask anything they let me pay delbros. I called the embassy, my fiance called the embassy too but they told us to email. Email and wait forever. I thought it was over but here we are again. I am sorry I am so pissed right now. I hope someone can share thier experiences like this.

Right now I am still waiting for my sons visa, Freaking delbros updated the wrong tracking number and on line it said that my son has received his visa when in fact what they delivered to me yesterday was my visa... I got the CFO stamp and certificate... ready to fly as soon as im going to be holding my little angels visa

Hello everyone, I am here with question again. I tracked our visa status at delbros.com and I feel a little nervous because my sons visa is for delivery tomorrow and mine still says that SHIPMENT PROCESS IN THE EMBASSY. My confusion is that if they grant my son a visa,how come mine isn't out yet when in fact my son is depending on mine. What should I need to expect? I am so worried.

Jennie completed her medical exam 1/17-18 this week and everything looks great. During the immunization she was told that SLEC does not give the TD (Tetanus/Diphtheria) vaccine and she would have to get it when she gets to the US. I am guessing that this vaccine is necessary for AOS, correct?

I asked my physician here about that vaccine and whether the vaccine can be given during pregnancy. I was told "ABSOLUTELY NOT". The only time a doctor would give that to a pregnant woman is when she cuts herself...say with a rusty nail...and there is the risk of infection.

So my question is....

What if she gets pregnant right away upon entering the US and is unable to get the vaccine for AOS? Will they still approve AOS based on this? Any thoughts or experiences on this?

Yesterday I just got my pre interview letter from The US Embassy. I just wanted to know how long it takes for you ladies to recieve your packet 4 since the time you recieved your pre interview letter.I understand that we have all different lenght of time, at least an idea will help And one more inguiry, I have with me my NBI clearance already and I got the notations stated "NO RECORDS ON FILE" I'm totally confuse if I need to obtain an official letter of explaination from the NBI, it said only on thier requirements that you only need to provide them the official letter of explaination if you have any of this notation in your clearance "NO CRIMINAL RECORDS", NO CRIMINAL CONVICTION", " NO PENDING CASE", or DEROGATORY RECORDS.

I hope to get some help here.

Maybe it was your first time to get an NBI clearance that's why it said No Records on File. If you want, you can get a new one or renew it, but bring what you have right now and explained to them why you're renewing it. You will notice that it will then say No Criminal Records. Try this, it might work...

I doubt this because since we started the K1 process I have renewed my NBI three times already and the last was december 29, 2007....the anotation is still the same with the 3 clearances i have it says NO RECORD ON FILE and it was accepted at the embassy.

I really don't know about pre-interview letter coz for sure I didn't recieve any letter but then ONLY packet which is brown envelope contains the instructions and the forms. But the packet should be there 1 month before the interview.

If she answers NO, that would not be truthful because his biological father lives here in the states. I'd be scared of that causing a denial should they find out that in fact he does live here. What do you think they will require if the biological father is here in the states?

Wow yeah that'S truly hard. I honestly can't answer this question I am sorry. Does jinky still have contact with Job's bio father? Coz if they don't communicate at all she have reason to answer NO. but if she really knows her sons bio-father address and status then it's better to answer honestly.

BEFORE WHEN I WAS IN THE PROVINCE and watching news at tv I found people funny SEEING A LADY carrying her 2 door fridge ALONE. I also told myself that if ever it's going to happen to me I wouldn't care about my stuff but save ourselves. But no, I was wrong...I was so worried that when after the fire we don't have any clothes to wear anymore.I wasn't happy but what made me laugh was seeing people carrying heavy stuff and when the fire is over they all asked thierselves how they did it. It was my experience last night 2 roller bags 50 pounds each. I tried to carry it outside altogether even they are already wet. When the fire was over. I couldn't even carry one.
