  1. My story with the Casablanca embassy:  I met my wife in 2016. After about four months of talking to each other by video call every night, and getting to know each other, she came to visit me in Morocco. We had already talked about marriage. I proposed to her three days after she arrived here in Morocco because that was Valentine's Day 2017 and I wanred it to be that day.
The consular officer was surprised by that and said "you really proposed to her three days after meeting her?"  I said yes and explained everything to him. My visa was refused (December 26, 2017), yet I was never given a reason why.

did you finally apply for the CR1 / your October post said "not applied for CR1 yet"?

USCIS may accept and process the application faster (depends on officer doing the work and if all the work is in the packet)

then NVC waits for the USC and beneficary to get the necessary fees paid (after getting the bill for them) and the I 864 and ds 260 to be sent in

At this point (when NVC has all the documents needed and all is ok -cc -case complete) you will wait till the embassy and Morocco can work together to schedule an interview/  normally CR1 casa embassy takes 12 to 14 months so you have a long wait ahead / there are a lot of CR1,  IR1 and K1 cases ahead of you that are ready now for interviews when the embassy resumes them

do yourself and us a favor and complete a timeline as you are going to have more questions as you proceed

Do you know for a fact that they are taking so long at the embassy. I'm only asking because I didn't fully understand that part of your response. Also, when I applied for the k1 visa before, it only took about 2 months to get my interview once we were approved in the U.S.

    I will finish it bro

Your question is not quite clear.

The USCIS and NVC stage appear to be moving faster than usual. However the consulate is still closed therefore you'll get stuck at the interview stage. In addition, the consulate will have to catch up on backed up interviews once they open. It was taking about 5 weeks for CR1 to get an interview before and 3 months for K1. There's no telling how long it'll be once they reopen.

Thank u. I appreciate ur answer. And I think ur probably correct :)

There really is no "best time" in terms of a calendar date. I would say the best time to file is when you feel like you can present a solid and well prepared case, especially when dealing with the Casablanca consulate. If that means waiting a little longer to file so your partner can make another visit so have more evidence to submit, then maybe not filing right a way is a good idea. Or you could file now assuming you have already made several visits during the K-1 process and then again to get married.

As for how long the process takes, that varies too. It will vary depending on the service center processing your case, as well as how quickly things are moving at the NVC and at the consulate once you get to those stages of the process. I want to say that average CR1 processing times are still about 10-14 months from start to finish.

she already visited me six times in morocco
and we met one time outside of morocco
dont u think is that enough ?
