I am in May 10 but still I don't got CC,some are waiting from April 25 too,about scan date,the date NVC received the package that date will be  the scan date, to know your scan date you need to give a call to NVC, once your case will get approve summit essentials documents will change to NVC😊

Yes I have seen n most of the cases of 5th may got approved..hope next week I get my CC complete

We should wait for m more 2weeks..it will take 9 to 11weeks..my scan date is may 10th n I am waiting for my cc

I am in CR1 visa so for my Case it took a month n my friend got approved of i130 on June 14 n till now he don't get a case no so it take a time between 20 to 25days😊What is DCF I am unable to figure it sorry I don't know that,I got welcome letter n in that welcome letter I got my case no and steps to be followed n I did the same...

It will take a month to get your case no so don't  get panic,you will get you case no in your mail and your mailbox ...for my case after my I130 approved they took a month to sent my case no..

Waiting waiting it's so hard to wait god 😊Hope we will get our CC soon

My scan date is may 10th..they told me to wait for 9 weeks..I hope not to get checklist 😬😬

While sending package you need to send PCC,while filling form ds260 n ds261 form they don't need it but once you filled the ds260form the next step is sending package that time you need to send your civil documents with PCC,about police clearance if you have stayed to any place or country more then 6months you need to summit PCC to NVC,so if possible collect police clearance from both Pune n Surat ,n last main point is if you filled the form ds260 NVC will not review your form Untill and unless you will not send your civil documents so 1st get the PCC..I am from Nepal n I have stayed 2years in banglore for my education so I have collected my pcc from Indian embassy n sent to NVC along with Nepali PCC😊

Sudan man they won't update anything until n unless case will be approve,I have sent my package on may8 n NVC they have received on may10 n I get to know that by calling to NVC till now they didn't send me anything so I came to know they won't send anything until n unless case approved or request for evidence 😊

They will not update in system ,you need to call NVC to confirm either they have received your package or not ,you can track from your express mall but call to NVC to confirm,the date they received your package will be your scan date 😊

Scan date means the date of NVC received our package is that true I don't know so I hope you don't mind making things clear,n dear what is cc 

 My husband called to NVC n they  said that they have received my package but no update in software,how long I need to wait to get respond from  NVC  that our case is ready  it's been a month no any update..thank you for responding

It will take time to approve i130 ,for my case they took 5months to approve,once your i130 will be approve you need to fill other forms so don't worry..

As per my knowledge package need to send  with Attachment of cover sheet,we have sent our package with cover sheet

Even they told me for 9weeks to approve case ,but after IV package received date how long it will take time to approve case ,this 9 weeks will include after iv package sent or other I am confused
