Hi Guys,

When submitting DS-260, do you have to scan in the police certificate?

I'm hearing conflicting things saying it's only needed for the interview but every website says you need it for the NVC upload on CEAC.

Hi guys! Today I got my case number. NVC received my file from USCIS on 6/22 for reference.

I just paid the AOS/IV fee on CEAC. I noticed a lot of your timelines have the AOS and IV fee received days staggered by a day or two. Can anyone explain why?

Also, after I upload all my documents in a few days, the next step is Case Complete right?

I received my NOA2 on 5/30/2018 and then the app updated on 6/14/2018 that it was sent to the NVC.

I called NVC today and they told me "your case is electronic and to call back the number and press option 5 (scan documents electronically?).

I'm on wait right now but what can I expect? What step of the process am I in?

I received my NOA2 on 5/30 and the USCIS tracker updated and said my file was sent to NVC on 6/14.

I've been calling everyday and they have yet to receive it. Should I keep calling every day or is there a letter I should wait for?

I just received my NOA2 by mail yesterday 6/4/2018 and the approval date is 5/30/2018.

I noticed there's a 'Case sent to NVC date" and a "case received by NVC date". How are we notified of this? e-mail? Do I call?

When I speak to a tier 2 they just tell me to wait and hold on. Was this the first time you spoke to a tier 2 agent?

Hi all! Still waiting for that approval from TSC to be moved to NVC. I filed in November and received a response on 11/13/2017.
