I looked at meeting minutes between AILA and San Antonio FO. http://www.ailatexas.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/Liaison-Questions_3.1.17.pdf held in March. If you look into Page 8, Naturalization section, it says the following "
23. What is the approximate time between an applicant’s interview (and the issuance of a recommendation for natz) and the time that the individual will receive a swearing in notice? Is there a certain number of days after the interview before an inquiry or follow up should be sent?
There is no set time. Sometimes individuals cannot be scheduled right away because of jurisdiction. If not scheduled after 60 days and there is concern, send inquiry.

Any progress for any one? Did anyone try to take an infopass and check with San Antonio filed office?

I am from Austin and my status changed to in-line for oath ceremony on 05/22. So now do I need to wait at least 2 months for the oath ceremony to be scheduled?

Thanks for updating. I think the name check is struck due to new system ( IOE ) not true stuck. Keep us updated.
If one is stuck due to IOE than we should have the receipt number starting with IOE instead of NBC. I guess most of us here have NBC

That need to try all avenues prior. I guess last week there were lot of movements on long pending cases. Hopefully something happens this week.
Last week when my wife called the USCIS customer service and spoke to L2. the IO asked her to wait end of June (thats when she completes 6 months of filing) and then call them back. When asked whether the application is stuck in BG, IO mentioned that it may not be and didn't give a definite answer. She also said as of now there is no problem with the application

Is there anything that people can do? Perhaps a number at FBI to find out what is going on?
I believe there was a number but it is no longer working.
Has anyone tried to contact the senate regarding this issue and got helped?

My wife had called the USCIS service center and spoke to tier2 support. They said that her application is in National Benefits center and asked her wait. She asked whether her application stuck in background check and the officer told her that it may not be stuck in background check and asked her to wait till end of may and then call back again

did anyone take an infopass appt to check whats going on? My wife's N400 is stuck in background check . We both had our FP done on Jan 25 and my interview is scheduled for May 12. Its more than 90 days and still no news on my wife's application

I just received a status update that my interview has been scheduled and they have mailed the interview notice on April 6.
Spouse application continues to be in Biometric scheduled stage though we both had the bio-metrics done at the same time
