Thank you! I just checked and they did reused my biometrics. I assume now I just need to wait for them to schedule the interview or RFE? 

Waited till my 5th year cause of the divorce.

I received an email last week about a new update with my case but it didn’t show any new information.

Checked my EAD receipt and showed the card is being produced! 8 more days till interview date too.

Hi everyone,

I spoke to tier 2 today regarding my online status for i-765 since it kept saying invalid. She told me about the 90 days period, which I knew already but she also told me that they already scheduled my interview!

My lawyer sent me an email of the notice (notice date of may 4) and the interview is scheduled for June 8th at Los Angeles field office.

I'm so excited and scared at the same time. I know some people have been waiting way longer than I am and I feel so bad that they've been waiting for months and here I am being scheduled already.

I hope the process for other people's cases goes as smooth and quickly as mine.

Aw man that sucks! You'd think that even though you're not that far from LA, they'd still work faster. Is the field office there smaller?

just keep positive. At least you're application is still in the process and will be look at sooner or later!

My biometrics was done on 04/10. As for the status online, it wasn't updated at all till today. It kept saying that my receipt number was invalid since I got the NOA.

That I'm not sure. I read from here that you can still get RFIE while waiting for biometrics. But it seems like our documents are okay if it's ready to be scheduled. From googling this morning, they said that it means they transferred your file from the center to your local field office. I might be wrong...

Yea I saw your post this morning. I also asked my lawyer when he thinks the interview notice would come and he said less than a month! So maybe your notice will come soon!

I don't know either... Maybe because I have already a history in the USCIS system (DACA)? My lawyer told me that Los Angeles field office schedules the interviews fairly quickly. He said he had a client who got interviewed and approved prior to receiving their EAD/AP. 

Good news! My status changed this morning to "case is ready to be scheduled for an interview". I was about to call them today since the tracker wasnt showing anything for my receipt numbers.

Any March filers still can't track their receipt number on the site?

Since I got my notice, the USCIS case status site keeps telling me that I got an invalid receipt number. 

Just want to give you guys an update.

I did my biometrics this morning at 8am at South El Monte. I got there at 7:30 and there was already a long line. When the security was letting people in, he was letting some people in and some were set aside and place in a different line. I was afraid he was going to have me wait longer cause my appt was at 10 but he stamped it and let me in. I waited probably 30-40 mins to get my fingerprints done and pic since there were only two ladies taking them. 

I don't really need the EAD really since I still have mine from DACA but hearing people who got approved or got their interview scheduled prior to the EAD card gives me hope. 

I'm sorry for the people who received RFIE or have not received their NOA. Like the other people here, just keep positive and hopefully. We're here to help each other and motivate each other! 

Lawyer emailed me regarding my ASC appointment. It'll be on 04/10 at El Monte. Anybody know if it's okay to go to the center 2 hours prior to the appointment time?

Thank you. My applications were processed through NBC and seeing your timeline, you submitted your after mine. But then again, maybe my appointment center is lagging right now since I'm in california..

Hi new here.

AOS by marriage. We went through the lawyer even though I rather do it myself. Waiting for biometrics appt letter.

Timeline:

Sent package: 03/03/2017

Receipt Notices: 03/13/2017 (NBC)

Received Hard Copy of NOA: 03/17/2017

I've been checking my email if my lawyer receive the notice for the biometric appt and nothing yet. I can't also check my status online yet. Hopefully I'll receive that notice soon. I'm so anxious.
