Hi guys!
i was wondering how long it took for you until you could pick up your passport or had it delivered.
I’m hoping mine comes back this week!

I arrived early, at around 13:50 for my 14:10 appointment. They directed me to the waiting room and called me up at 14:05 to go over my paperwork.
What I brought with me was:
4 UK size passport photos (although they accept US too)
Passport
Vaccination records
Medical summary
NHS red book
Police certificate
Embassy letter confirming my case number.
They also gave me a specimen cup in a red bag and told me I could fill it any time during my appointment. I headed to the waiting room and had about half a dozen cups of water. (It was quite warm in there!) it wasn't long-maybe about 10/15 minutes?- before I was called for my chest X-ray. The doctor was very amiable and funny and put me at ease right away. He showed me the chest X-ray on the screen and said I had nothing to worry about. (Phew!)
Back to the waiting room, this time for around 10 or 15 minutes again. Another doctor called me for the actual exam. (He was also lovely- it was more like an enjoyable conversation than a medical exam) He went through some questions (do you drink/smoke/do drugs/suffer from depression/have any type of criminal record etc) and took all of my answers as gospel without probing. I've read some people's experiences where they were really interrogated, especially about any drug use, but this wasn't the case at all. He gave me an eye test- to recite one line with one eye and then the same line backwards with the other eye. Blood pressure and a blood test was taken, height and weight, temperature and breathing were checked and all fine.
There was no genital check either, which surprised me! I'm not complaining though. The gentleman doctor was lovely and could have a laugh with him, making the experience a lot more pleasant than I thought it would be. The only thing he said was "you're a bit on the slim side, but not so much that it's a concern." Another phew!
Next was the nurse. I was nervous about this as I was sure I'd have to have so many vaccinations, top up or otherwise! Not the case- all I required was the flu jab which was done there and then on the spot. I was in there for about 5 minutes.
I gathered my things together and was called to pay at the window. (£300 for the medical and £12 for the flu jab) I was out by 15:20, where I rang my fiancé and told him it went well. The receptionist also said that "no news is goods news" so now, for once, I hope I hear nothing.
Hope this helps!!!

Hi guys,
I'm in the process of getting everything ready for my medical at Knightsbridge. I've got everything! But I'm stressing over the following patient summary/medical records.
I have no long term illnesses. No repeat medications/prescriptions. I've only got one allergy (penicillin). Pretty much the most boring medical record!
But, nonetheless, I'm worrying. I'm able to access my patient summary record on systmonline (the site that deals with NHS records, appointements, etc) but at the bottom it says that: "This view of your record is not your actual Summary Care Record"... what's the point of gaining access to it, if that's the case!?
On another forum it said that I can ask for a patient summary from my GP, or access this myself under "patient access". I guess the latter is the patient summary record from the aforementioned systmonline?
Sorry for rambling. But has anyone had their Knightsbridge medical recently and, if so, what did you bring for your patient summary record?
Thank you all so much in advance! I'm sure you'll all understand this is a very stressful time, but the wait is almost over!

Working fine for me. Have you been checking numerous times or making case status requests on your phone/app? It's worth noting that the system is designed to temporarily block IP addresses that make too many requests in a short space of time. Nevertheless, nothing will likely have changed since Friday as nobody works weekends at USCIS!
Not that many times, and I've been doing it on both a desktop and smart phone. I'm sure it'll be up and running soon.
Thank you!!

Hi everyone.
I have been trying to track my application using the USCIS case status website. Yet ever since yesterday, it hasn't been loading and eventually comes up with it being unresponsive.
Is this the same for everyone else? I guess the only upside is that more progress might have been made the longer I wait!
How to provide proof Tinder is not a marriage broker
in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports

Hi!
I met my fiancé on tinder, too. All the information we supplied was on the “extra information” on how we met on form I-129f. All it was was a few lines saying “we met on tinder, carried on talking until we met in person, started a relationship” and so on and so forth. When we got the approved petition back we saw it had been annotated with “non IMBR” (non international marriage broker”.
There were no problems in the slightest.
In fact, when I had my interview last week the consular officer said he interviews at least one fiancé/e a day who’ve met on tinder!
Best of luck!
