  1. I submitted my I-751 on September 2022 and at first I got 24 months extension letter to my 2-years expired GC, few months later I got 48 months extension letter. I have now moved to a new address. Do I just call USCIS and mention that or is there something else I need to do officially, any forms? Will all my upcoming USCIS mail, the old address I had put when I filed for I-751 will be changed to my new address on their end?
  2. We got the NOA today!! No rejection, USPS package intercept failed so no money was charged, didn't need to resend another package. We just got our NOA today and it's been extended for 24 months! They must've filled in my name or something. Took about 1 week for them to cash in the check and 4 days later, NOA came through.
  3. Yeah pretty much. I can only afford to wait 4 weeks at most because the card expires November 5th which is only 45 days. Made the other mistake by not submitting it sooner.
  4. That would be fine also because the package didn't get intercepted from USPS and it got delivered to USCIS PO Box. Now, I'm left with three choices. Wait for USCIS to process the package and assume they won't mind that missing field like it was done for poster above Wait for USCIS to process the package and receive the rejected package so I could fill that missing field & re-send Wait couple of weeks for USCIS to process the package and if there's no response by then, just send a second package preemptively
  5. I'm very relieved to hear that. I was also thinking that they could just fill in the name since it was signed and dated. It could also vary based on the USCIS officer handling the application so for now, I've requested USPS to intercept the package and try to fix it myself. In case that doesn't work out, I'll also gather a second package to send and wait for any letter.
  6. Okay thanks for the quick response. I submitted a package intercept from USPS and it should hold the package at the local post office now. I’ll contact them tomorrow to follow through.
  7. I just dropped off our I-751 package to USPS. I realized that I forgot to fill out this part of the form. On Part 8, I forgot to enter my name (the spouse) in the text box that starts with “I, ______________ understand the purpose of a USCIS ASC appointment…” but I did sign and date it. Part 7 was filled correctly by my wife. Is this enough to cause a rejection? Should I call USPS to cancel the delivery if possible?
  8. Thank you for your suggestions, I put a comment to each of your suggestions in red text
  9. We're about to file the I-751 and as we're doing the cover letter, we realized that we might not have enough evidence due to our living situation. We live with our parents/in-laws since my wife came to the US with K1 Visa. We don't have any mortgage bills, no car ownership, no utility bills, no insurance, no membership together, prepaid individual cellphones plans (MVNO). Here's what we got so far as evidence checklist. Are those enough or am I missing anything else that could be added given our situation?
