From what I learned earlier, service center play games with the dates to improve their performances. They are held accountable (to a certain degree) by congress for all the delays, so they jump ahead in the cases and then publish an average date they are working on to actually hide their lack of performance. It is what it is right now and it is only up to us to patiently wait or get frustrated. The outcome is not gonna change in either case. Good luck to all

I am disgusted, but this might be very true. Just checked few cases  from Nov and it feels you're spot on.

Hi, they told my husband when he called around 15 days ago that after 30 days my case should "expire" and if we haven't heard anything by then, then call back. So that expiry date for my case would be at 253 days wait...

But honestly over the course of this wait we have had so many different answers to our questions when we call.. I'm lost. 😔 We had one agent tell us the case was transferred to another service centre 4 weeks ago. The next time we called they said no that isn't true it never left Nebraska 😳.

USCIS is a joke, more so Nebraska center. They got to be better at keeping people informed all times.

Ah same!! Mine also says 9-19th of June and they still did not approve... I got this notification that my status was updated (Name on petition was changed) on June 14. I have no idea what that means but nothing happened since...

You might have been approved, as sometimes it take a while to send the physical letter or even update online. USCIS is notorious for messing things up.

My date is nov 25 and there are about 200 I-130 received that day.  ONe requested more info on May. 30.  So guess what. They looking at them now peeps. Use case tracker.  It's a bit useful

Based on your post, did a little research on the # of applications. Seems there are over 710 cases received by USCIS on Nov 17th. Not trying to scare anyone, but seems there can be some serious delay in handling Nov cases. Also not sure how many cases were filed in first half of Nov.

I understand how you feel. That feeling will past. Think about it like this when Jesus was going to heal the king's daughter the woman with the issue of blood was healed when she touch Him. She was healed because Jesus passed her way. When people are getting approved on here I think of it as Jesus is in the neighborhood and soon He will be close enough for me to touch.

My husband look at it this way He said the people asked about taxes and Jesus said the money that belong to Ceasar for taxes is for Ceasar. So He won't help you break the law and take as tithes what is due Ceasar.... So there is a process for this if the process says 6 of 7 months then that's how long it will take. When the time comes and we have waited just like everyone else we will be approved. Jesus will not help us to skip ahead of everyone else who has been waiting.... So being on here is a way to see how many people are still ahead of you til it is your turn. It is ok. We will be aporoved. Have faith our time will come.

    Thanks for the support.
