Hi Andocjourney,
Answers to your questions are in green:
1. How many years for tax returns that you have to include in there?
The form asks for only the latest tax transcript, but also gives you the option to include the 2 years before that. (In my case, I'm including ALL 3 so that way they can see I am well over the guideline).
2. How you determine household size? For example: just me and my parent, so is that counted as 3 on Poverty Household?
Because you are by yourself, and for each parent, remember you must do ONE (1) form for each. So on each form you only include yourself and one parent, therefore your household size should be listed a 2.
3. I-864 form: should I include it in the package or wait until they ask for?
WAIT until they ask for it. I know we all want to get ahead but its not going to do you any good by sending it in at the same time as your initial paperwork. So once you are up to that step, then go ahead and submit it.
Hope this helps! Good luck to you! Deidre
Thank you for answering my questions. However, you make me have more questions for you 😅
1. My latest tax seems the one which is qualified for 125% Poverty household. The other years are lower. If i include it, will it affect my parent's case?
2. I am little confused. So they dont count as 3, do they? for example, right now it is around $16000 for one and plus $5000 for addtional person. So I just need $21000? Even for both my parent?
Thank you

hi!, they make an online report and told me to follow up after 30 days, Im waiting for 2 reports now. they didn't changed the status online, still fingerprint fee received.
It just happened to me same way but in different case. I would recommend u to wait until the day after the 30 days, then schedule appointment with your local USCIS. They might take your FP or give u the letter with appointment day to come back. Gluck

good day! this is my second thread regarding my case. They are taking long time to send schedule for biometrics. they receive the case april17 until now no mail received for the biometrics. I called them and made a report twice already. is there anyone here who has the same case as mine? K1 to AOS with I-131 and i-765.
Have the status changed to schedule for your FP online? What did they tell u when u called?

But the problem the officer who gave me the ticket misspelled my name he put last letter d instead of a and ate the first letter of my last name . I faxed court they sent me the incorrect copy and told me we cant fix it and even we can`t give you any proof .and you need to contact the officer who did this mistake , I called police station they told this is an old ticket 2012 we don`t have any record for you go to the court ...lol.
I don`t know what to do?
Any one has the same experience please..
Do you have to report the traffic ticket too?

Thanks. Long story but short
I have AOS interview in July but I did not get combo while my OPT EAD is gonna be expired soon. So I'm going to ask if there is anyway to extend EAD or expedite AOS combo.
I gather all documents to request expedite combo but the chance is half half especially if have AOSS interview in 4 week...
I dont have experience qbout OPT but when you filed for AOS, I dont think you need to keep maintaining your current visa. You can try to walk in at your local uscis, or at other locations. Just prepare that they may refuse to do it or explain why.

You can, but it depends on what kind of service that you are looking for. If you dont mind to tell me the purpose of your visit, I may help you easier.

@Andocjourney i will be attending the interview not sure if i can sit next to her but on the hcmc consulate's website it does say the petitoner can attend. i want to have everything she needs for the interview but i'm kind of worried because people are saying the CO makes his mind with the evidence that the petitioner has sent.
Based on what I know, as long as you attend at the interview, that will be considered as BIG evidence. If you have more important evidences that can help your case, you can ask them to take a look.

Hi guys,
I'll make this quick. I immigrated January 2016. Lived alongside my wife for a year. Find out she cheated. Got my divorce finalized April 2017. Anyway, my understanding was that as soon as you get divorced you can send in the I-751 form with evidence of a bona fide marriage outside of the 90 day window. So, I sent it earlier this month (May 2017) and just today I got my package returned with a cover letter saying I filed too early.
So, is this the case, and do I now have to wait until I am within the 90 day window? This would be September 2017 in my case.
All answers will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Andrew
When is your green card expired? You can caculate 90 days to your green card expiration day.

I filed my n400 base on 3 year rule. We are going to move soon, so I plan to change my address before we move. However, I am really worry that the address would be different to the documents that I sent to prove our marriage. Will it be affect my n400? After you change, will uscis send letter to confirm changing address to the old address? Please help, thank you

Thanks omarov2009. I can still file even though i got my ROC approved and the card sent to me?
If u havent received the card yet, I would recommend u wait for your 10 year GC since your ROC got approved and u have to wait until the end of May anyway.

I seem to be the only one that hasn't heard anything yet. I sent my package on April 26th but USPS lost the package, even though I sent it certified. They finally located it and it was delivered on May 5th, which is last Friday. They haven't charged my credit card yet, and I have not received my NOA yet. I wonder how much longer I should wait before giving them a call...
I think u should call the USPS first to make sure, because even you call USCIS I believe that they cant track yours

Im not sure too of my packet. I paid using a DEBIT card instead of a CREDIT card as what hubby told me. I sent it Monday 5/8 thru USPS. Its update said it will be delivered today 5/10 but was wondering why it says my packet is available for pick up. Are they not delivering it?
If you sent it to Dallas Po Box, it wouldnt be delivered. There will be someone come and pick it up

I think it wont hurt to do it, so I would include or bring the photo at the interview just in case 😊

Hi, do we really need to include color photographs? In the document checklist it says: IF YOU RESIDE OUTSIDE THE US, enclose two identical photos ...????
So I'm living in the US, does that mean that I do not need to send those pictures?
Thanks in advance

Hi everyone! I hope somebody could help me here or give me an idea what to do or what would be the best way! I hope there will be somebody here who have the same situation or you know somebody same of my situation. Please just respect my post and questions here. I am a Filipina and I am now a greencard holder but only so called conditional permanent resident which is valid for two years. Am I qualified to petition someone as a conditional permanent resident? I have a girlfriend now and she is a filipina too and currently working in Hongkong. We love each other so much and we are planning to get marry next year hopefully but the question is how and where can we do that and what are the list of requirements please? Also how can I bring my girlfriend or wife to be soon here in America? What kind of visa and what process and how? I hope there is a way for me to bring her here in America even though we are same sex because we do really love each other. Please somebody help me what to do the best and easy or faster way. Answers and base experienced idea will be very much appreciated. Thank you!
Did u say you have two year green card for conditional residence? If yes, I dont think you can sponsor other person until you have 10 year green card
