I just called NVC to confirm - Case complete.

My case says At NVC now Scan date was June 13. I'll call NVC a little later to confirm Case complete. 

Called NVC today and heard that we are "under review"! That is a good sign, right? Apparently we've been under review since July 18. I am hoping that we are out SOON :-)

First scan date 03/29 Missing Birth certificate which I am sure I sent.
Second Scan date 06/07
I called NVC last night just because. A very rude person told me that they received another package on 06/20 (I have not sent anything new). Telling me that the I did not have to send a translation of the birth certificate. I sent both (the Spanish version and the translation). He asked me to send a copy of the Spanish version again. I told him that it just did not make sense. If the translation was not needed, then ignore it and just look at the Spanish version. At the end he got frustrated and even hung up the phone on me.
I just called now again and a very sweet lady attended the phone call. I explained everything to her. She said that I sent the birth certificate with out cover sheet. And I asked her, how do you know that it belongs to me if it does not have a cover sheet? it looks like they contradict themselves.
She put me on hold for 20 minutes and told me that she spoke to the supervisor. She advised me not to send anything again because everything was there and it was not needed.  She said that her supervisor has my file and will look at it. And wait for an email from NVC.
So I guess I could say now that my case is in review.

Case is in review, SD 4/28. I pray for a CC and August interview!  

For some reason there are a lot of entries on the spreadsheet showing dates for 2018 when it should be 2017? Not sure if this can be corrected.

which birth certificate did you send? we sent acta inextensa. It is the long version. When we called they said we did not send the correct version (not true), then said they did not find it. So we just made a copy and sent it again. New Scan Date is 06/07. Do not forget to write your case number on top of your document. I think that is the reason we are all getting checklists.

Called the US embassy in New Delhi and my husbands interview has been scheduled for July 14th. Now its time to patiently wait like a nerve wreck hoping everything goes well.

I am very please to announce that my mom's visa was adjudicated yesterday.  They told her to wait a week to receive the visa.  It was a long journey, but it is near the end.  Next week, I will travel to Santiago, Chile to pick her up.  Best luck to all of you!  The wait is long, but the reward is well worth it!

same situation here. We sent all paperwork (including birth certificate). Received a checklist asking for the same birth certificate that we already sent. New scan date June 7th.  

Second scan date 06/07
first One 03/29
Checklist 05/26 (Missing Birth certificate) They lost it

I just checked the status of my case. Please see the screen shot. It changed from Action required: Submit requested documents to at NVC.  I called yesterday to find out if they received my birth certificate. The representative said they haven't. So I do not have a new scan date as of yet for the checklist.

This is my first official post in this forum. I guess I got a CC today. My scan date was 3/21/17. My visa status changed to "At NVC" and the Affidavit Support section on the CEAC site disappeared. I will call NVC either tonight or tomorrow morning to confirm but it looks like they are making some progress. My case has been in the review department since 5/4/17. Tomorrow will be 9 weeks from my scan date. I am pretty sure that it was reviewed today because I checked the sites a dozen times today but the status just changed.
