  2. I have really hard problem for my mom and dad.

My mom filled a I -130 for my dad last year in 2/2816. He got approved for permanent residence green card and he is in Iraq still, and we received the approval for green card on sep/2016. She got naturalized in 3/2017 and sent the citizenship copy to them (( nvc)) and I called to make sure they got it. They said we did but the case was returned back to uscis in nov2016. And they don't know why. We called them and they said will send it back to them and we don't know why we have it anyway. On 3/28/2017 got a letter from uscis said we don't have the case and it was never returned to us. I was calling NVC since 4/10 and they keep saying the same thing and the suggested to send a letter that stated we don't have it. I received it today. Ow I have letter from both saying we don't have it. Question can I send them to uscis in my state in mail? My mom is out side if our state for an emergency and I need to move the case.

    Please help

note I have sent this informations to our  representative  and still no answer

Can you email everything from start to finish? Like form I-130A and all proof of a Bonafide marriage or it's all the forms after the first initial forms?

I don't know what u mean from start to finish, so after u submit mail** the I-130 to uscis with documents such as copy of the mirage certificate, passport, you brief of America citizen or green card, u can do mirage photos, passport of the applicant and to be honest I can't remaber the rest.

And then when nvc gets the the file and then u do all the steps, and then we u get to sa-260 I really recommend u to send the files in email and it's a list provide on their websites in step 5-6 I suggests to  email them it's a faster review.

Good luck and please reach out to us if u have a question

I'm not sure if they give you the exact waybill number but u can track it using their shippers reference number . Ask them the date they sent ur files and visit http://www.dhl.com/en/express/tracking/shippers_reference.html  For example if NVC told you that they sent it on April 17

input EXP 17 APR 2017A in the shipper's reference box .  Also, change the shipper's destination and track it. Usually NVC sends one or two files Per day depending on your embassy, of course.

Please help. I tried but didn't work I put exactly how I said and my case was sent 17 of April ، didn't work

for CR-1 interview? Far as I know for any of those, either you set the interview or the embassy will get to you about it. Depends on how the embassy works in that country. Some are quick, some are slower. At this point need to wait I guess.

Do you have your case number from NVC to track it on CEAC?

I do know how to track it on their website but now since it's going to the embassy I don't know how to track it to make sure they have received it I'm wondering if there's a way to track it

  6.  After a really hard time having my case completed at and NVC I keep call them to ask them when is my interview date and they tell me   The case is still here when The embassy is scheduled to interview the case will sent to them. Case was completed  since 6 April. Today I called and they said nothing yet there's no interview date yet and then VJ members been saying that the case has to go to the NVC to schedule the appointment and I asked them the case has to go to the NVC to schedule appointments? He said no I don't think so. He went and he asked and he said it looks like ur  case went to Iraq embassy as of today 17 April and then they will contact you for an interview. How many days usually it takes to get to the embassy? Is there a way to track it?  U know I'm so sad because of this issue. Seeing a lot of people getting the interview day. And I don't.

    I hope u don't have a worse issue.

    ha I have same feeling

before my case completed, I almost gave up to call NVC (only call once a week), and felt stuck in my own country without my husband

then one day I saw my 3N/A, then the next day I got my interview date, then I hurried to get a medical exam then interview, piles of things happened within a month!

and I will be in the US with my husband in the end of May!! the process is a mess, but glad is almost finish!!

Ohhhg u made me cry omg. I have t seen my husband in 14 months. He is very far from me. I'm hoping I will get an interview in may or June. But I won't to get and get him and make a big weeding in July. When we got married my grandmother died. Due to cultur and all that I wasn't able to enjoy time with him.

I'm so hopeful for June interview. I went be asking for may lol.

Vj I wish u allllllllllllllll. Best best of luck. Please pray for us all.

NVC has been getting sloppy, most likely because of the high volume of cases they deal with, and their ever-increasing wait times. We emailed our documents (also using an attorney) and 2 weeks later they still did not have any record of our emailed documents being received.

I think they dont register the documents as received until they actually open the emails to review the documents. A few days after the 2 week mark, we received a checklist for items we had submitted. We submitted the exact same email with the documents again and then a couple days later we had case complete. No idea what happened the first go-around, but fortunately someone with at least a minimal level of competence was able to review our case the second time and see that everything was in order.

They are swamped with cases, so there are items that are missed. It is a good idea to call NVC constantly to check on the status of your case. A month does seem like a lot of time, as most cases handled through email are reviewed in 2-3 weeks, so it is definitely good that you checked with them. Now that you have resent the documents, I recommend calling NVC every day to follow up on their progress. Maybe in that time they will process the original email that was sent in, who knows?

Not entirely sure what visa you are applying for (you have no timeline and your status says visa applied for other)

In general your file will be transferred to the embassy AFTER your interview is scheduled, how long it takes to schedule your interview depends on the embassy with some having a short wait of a month or two and others having longer waits

As for the vaccinations you need, the doctor will administer everything that is required at the medical exam, which the beneficiary will have after the interview is scheduled and before the interview

It's I130. But I heard the the applicant has to take the vaccinations file to the dr appointment. I'm confused 🤷‍♀️

  11.  I have sent my documents seven times. And when i was about to send my documents for the eighth time this the supervisor  called me and he said we did not receive it send it send it send it I said is there something wrong in my brain I have sent many times he said hold on a second.  He looked and he looked and he found the document and he uploaded to the file and he finalize the case within five minutes.

You always have to call and keep calling and you should ask to speak with the supervisor I was about to freak out on them
