Not sure if it varies by location but be sure to try searching for appointments at midnight if you're having problems.

I saw a girl post (November filer on Facebook) that USCIS put in the wrong address for her card(Something Something LANE instead of Something Something STREET) and she never received it after her status said it was delivered. She called them and they told her to apply AGAIN and start the process over! And PAY the fee again...! Thankfully she went to the other address and she was able to find the card there!

called uscis,they rep said to call back in 30 days or make an infopass appt.All dates here are booked for the next 2 weeks which s as far as i can see.Will keep trying.Thank you.

No I didnt move.But then my status online still says case approved.Nothing about a card being produced or mailed, so i think you should be fine.

Adjusting from a K1.Haven't received an EAD. Got a RFE dated January 5th; discrepancies between the names on my forms and the names on USCIS record. I did what everyone else did and put my married name on my forms.Also put my maiden name in 'previous names used'. Sent 3 certified copies of my marriage certificate. I dont know what they are asking me for. Anyone had similar RFE? Just sad.

I sent in my AOS papers in October. I am adjusting from a K1.I followed all the guidelines on VJ and then some. About 100 days after filing, I received an RFE about discrepancies between the name on my forms and that on USCIS record.

Now, I filled ALL the Maiden name boxes with my appropriate maiden name and even my extra middle name where space was provided.I also sent 3 certified copies of my marriage certificate with the l-485,765 and 131.

I honestly don't understand what other document they want. They said to send a marriage certificate and another form of ID but I already sent all of those earlier. I have searched this forum and seen people from 2015 with a similar issue but they didn't come back to say what worked for them.

Please, help me. I am so very frustrated with this process. Cant work, cant drive,half-depressed.

Quick question pls.My K1 interview is soon.We are trying to print our Rebtel call details,but it only shows the receiver s name(as opposed to phone number),duration and date.

My packet 3 clearly states that call history must include phone number(s),date and duration of call.

Pls,for those who used Rebtel ,how do we go about this?

Hi all.

Please I need some clarifications.My fiance called our lawyer yesterday to find out the status of our application and was told that our application has been moved from the USCIS to the 'State Embassy'.There was no mention of an NOA2 or NVC.

Im really confused as to what this might mean;cos as far as I can tell,after the USCIS the next phase is the NVC or am I missing something here?

Please can someone help and tell us how to move forward.Thank you
