If you use skype you can call them on this number  1-800-375-5283 . That's what I do. You need to know your case receipt number.

Well then you simply just need to wait for the info to update. It should soon... or meanwhile you can just try calling USCIS and ask them if there are any updates on your case. But most likely there is nothing  yet, so you need to just sit tight and wait.

new on this platform. USCIS received patition on 6th Sep 2016. After that nothing came up? Any suggestion?
