The cut in the envelope is normal.  All of them have it.   Why.. don't know.   Ours is not to question WHY.. our is to ....

Anyway, protect the envelope from tearing, I suggest keeping it in the plastic used for delivery, then keep it safe in your carry-on bag (you will need this immediately after arriving at POE)

    Thank you.

It's not uncommon for your brown envelope to have a slight slit. It's there for a reason so when they go to open your envelope at the POE they do it with ease. You shouldn't worry about the condition of your envelope.

Hi Greenbaum. Thank you for the help. im already in us.

What should i do next? thank you.

  3. Thank you for your reply.

I got pregnant when I was very young and gave it away for adoption the day I gave birth.

The consular asking proof that my fiance knows I gave away a child when I was very young for adoption.

Skype recs discussing your child, chat-logs beyond 03-April-2017

They should not be asking for this since this is not needed or required and not needed for a k1 Visa.
Not asking for any child to move.  Consular also kept my passport. The filipino guy from releasing said

I do not have a second interview. Just wait for my visa deliver at home.
