They don't close during lunch hours? My Fiancé will be going in for his medical on May 17th and 18th (hopefully would only take him 2 days), he's planning to come in early but I'm afraid if he does come in super early that he might've to wait a long time to get started and finish for his 1st day.

    Hi Ladygaga24,

Good day,  the long processing of your papers might be because of the previous holidays.   We suggest keep on getting in touch with them and follow up.

    Hi Alvie,

Kamusta and good day. Read through your post and hope this helps you in collating the needed documents to established your spouse proof of domicile. Please take note of the attached Proof of Domicile Front Page. We listed all  the documents we provided at the time of consular interview that we're applicable to our situation. We suggest that you will use the format and list down all the documents applicable with your family.

Have a blessed day. ☺️ Hope this will help.

Today we are one step closer to solving the Lebanese Police Clearance probem. I spent all afternoon as evening printing documents that we will need for our interviews. Most everything from our Petitions filing, I made more copies from the originals.I think I am finished with that job now, except we need to have more passport style photos made.our visa interview materials are looking good.

That is a reasonable amount of time. We called the Embassy on the telephone today to talk with them about the Police Clearance from Lebanon. They are escalating our case to a higher level to figure out how to help us with that problem, and then they will send us an email letting us know what to do next. This nice to have people be helpful!

You don't need Permanent residence. They will let you file even if you are on a Tourist ACR I-card.
Here are the list of requirements:

    Yay! Congrats on your approval!
It took us 6 days before we got our case number. Hang in there, you're almost done!

This is the 23rd day since we filed or Petitions. Can we get approval notices on Saturday and Sunday, or will we only hear from them on Monday through Friday, since those are their working days?

Immigration has a !IST of requirements on their web page, requirements for filing nbsa the I-130 is what it is called. I think 6 months as an activated would qualify. I used my acricard and all the pages in my passport, and I am a permanent resident of the Philippines.

Good morning DCF Manila filer. My husband filed a petition CR1 DCF last March 20,2018 and we are still waiting for the approval email. A bit anxious upon reading those experiences that 3 days,5 days...they were qpproved but as i read the thread here that some 28 days,i feel comfort. In facebook lovevisalife group. I found some March filer of DCf also. Some March 8 and March 22 and still waiting. I learned a lot from the experiences also of some Feb.2018 filer that they advices us pending for approval to prepare proofs of domicile because 2 of them we talked were 221g because of that. The USC really focus on Proof of Domicile for DCf applicants. So, starting now gathering more proofs that my husband reestablish his domicile.

I didn't have a problem with affidavit of support. I had a problem with Affidavit of Domicile Support - which is supposedly for Proof of domicile. They wanted lease instead.

I know this isn't the place for the questions...what do you mean by the affidavit of support was not enough? Does that mean in addition to a parents or family members sponsorship that you must also show that you have other means of financial support, such as a car, place to stay, etc...??

About the proof of domicile. It's really important to us, DCF filers, especially when you get an american consul who would capitalize on that. No worries though, it's not so hard to prove as long as you can convince them that the USC will be coming back to the US and reestablish himself there.

P.S. Affidavit of Domicile support from my parent's in law didn't work, so we had to show other proofs.

    Oh? Thanks for? XD
