    Hello Folks, I am helping my Uncle complete his forms of filing for his wife and Stepson, His stepson turned 18 in January 2024, and he married his Stepson's mom in February 2024, I have been doing some research and read that the Stepson won't be eligible to be put on the filing because he turned 18 before the marriage, Is this true? Is this still the rule? if so this would be not very pleasant for them. 😢
