Ok but I am asking if you decided to leave Juarez and have it sent to your hometown?
When we registered online, I never saw an option for that. It only let me select the ASC. I doubt they will ship it to the US since its technically not complete until the Visa holder is inspected upon entry with the Visa and packet.

You will get an email when your Visa is ready. The CEAC never changed even after our Visa was picked up.

In Juarez, you now pick it up at the Applicant Service Center where biometrics are done.

Husband left his country at the age if 15 and has then been living in the US
They are now asking for the police certificate. I can assume your husband is Mexican. He can obtain the certificate in Cd Juarez when he arrives hete for his Visa interview.

Does it matter what country you are from in order to ask for the police certificate?
You will need it from where you are a legal resident.

We are currently in Cd Juarez. Upon arriving we finally received proper info on where to obtain the Police Certificate here in Cd. Juarez. All the info I read was that it wasnt needed, but we decided to err on the side of caution and get one. Having found no info online, you can go to the "Fiscalia de Distritio Zone Norte." to obtain it. You need to bring a passport and proof of local residence, we used an invoice from the hotel since neither of us live in Mexico. They will not accept a foreign address. First you go to the building on the left and pay the fee, was 91 pesos I think, then bring the receipt to the building on the right, go to the door and get the registration form and fill out while in line. The line moves quickly.
The day of biometric, we were instructed to report to the Consulate that afternoon to turn in all paperwork. The interview was move up earlier the following morning. One of the forms requested was in fact the Police Certificate.
Interview went well, Visa approved, just waiting for it to arrive.

My spouse came to the US illegally as a juvenile more than 10 years ago. We applied for and were approved for the Unlawful Presence Waiver.
The NVC interview is coming up in Juarez. There are no other forseeable hurdles (no criminal history, no drug/alcohol issues, no medical problems).
What should we expect. Has anyone gone this path that can offer insight? Thanks in advance.

My spouse is in the US illegally. We applied for and were approved for an Unlawful Presence Waiver. We are waiting on the interview date to travel to Juarez. My question: are there any forms we will receive in the event/ likelihood that we drive through an Immigration checkpoint on the way to Juarez that would allow us to continue on our way? Or is it just safer to fly? I read people's information on their case, but haven't ready about the actual trip.
2017 Consulate Ciudad Juarez with regard to whether Police certificate(s) are required for interview???
