I'm a November filer it's been 8 months received a rfe March 2nd so 5 months I heard from them took me till the deadline to send it back in may 22nd they received my rfe still waiting it's been 51 days my rfe has been sent in I'm loosing patients so frustrated hang in there 😔🙏🏼

Oh god really you have a immigration lawyer ? I have one to so what did your lawyer suggest to you

Unfortunately it can take up to that timescale and the workload of the person with your case.

Thank you so much for the information I'm going to Kosovo on the 20th of this month but I'm trying to figure out where to go to demand a copy of my divorce paper my ex has all the write papers cause he's married now but gave me a notarized letter from his lawyer saying we are divorced and the whole process in the court

Hi everyone looked at my uscis app just to see if any news on 100th day today and instead is saying received it says rfe is being mailed ugh ? I'm relieved cause finally they looked at my case but what do they need now I sent everything!!

Really I'm happy they looked already at my file I called my immigration lawyer so they will be receiving the same letter as I get I hope it's something small for us!??

Hi everyone, The number is actually a long code, signifying where, when, and what number case you were to apply that day.
Example receipt number:
WAC 11 012 50960
Service Center (WAC 11 012 50960)
Fiscal year Year (WAC 11 012 50960) Computer Workday (WAC 11 012 50960)
The third set of digits indicates the computer workday that the case was opened (excludes most weekends and holidays). Case Number (WAC 11 012 50960)The final set of five digits is the case number in the order it arrived in that day.
