ksenia thanks for all the helpful information and tips. My husband use to live in Ukraine but does not live in Ukraine now. we need to get his police certificate from Ukraine for his US immigration papers. I am aware that u can request the certificate from the ministry of internal affairs of Ukraine but it takes 30 days. Is there any way to do this quicker? Are there any legitimate companies that can do this quicker. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
