It happened to me same thing first call uscis and ask them your address is corect their system it must be same address on i30 form and their system if address same so go post office and make sure your address is corect and write your name on mailbox if address is different your recent address go uscis.com and write first wrong address like old address then write your recent address and it will be change in 1 week and get your confirm email but sometimes they dont send it so call again and make sure or ask on phone can you change address by phone i hope you handle this problem

I got speeding ticket on july 29 2016 high way 15 in california and lost it how will i find it? I didnt get any mail from courts or dmv of  California i dont remember exactly area just i was going from san diego to las vegas i am not in united states righ now 3 months later it will be interview for cr1 but i concern that it can effect my case if somebody lives in ca or any idea or advice please help me 

Hello guys  i have too many questions i did not get noa1 and rfe hard copy we did everything changed address our names on mail box and when i try to submit inquiry as an applicant for requesting USCIS did not recognize me so please advice why we cant tihs ###### mails? we got all other mails it has been 8 months and we are still at the nebraska service center what did my lawyer do  wrong? 

Hi guys i got rfe i checked my status and USCIS sent mail to february 8 but i still dont get it its been one week how many days should i wait to get it? Thanks

Hi folks pd july 26th i got request for additional evidence but i dont have any idea i am waiting mail what do they need from us? Already we have lawyer i am sad it will take minimum 40 days dammmm

so guys already i  have b1-b2 tourist/business visa and i can visit my wife but i have doubt maybe they wont let me in u.s. And after i have to come back all the way to my country if you have b1-b2 visa it dosent mean you can enter in usa so flight ticket is so expensive for myself almost 700$ so what is chance for entering? Do you have any idea? Should i try? And i am a muslim from turkey pls advice thanks
