@swe_jill I called the NVC as you had mentioned and they told me that the letter I received was meant was a reminder to bring the VOG to the embassy. The week after I received a notification that the DS-260 was approved. Now awaiting the interview date. With a bit of luck I should get something in the next 2 weeks.

How did your husband's interview go?

A lot of people have the same, like me ! I have my interview at April 10th. Good luck !

That was my thoughts exactly. Has your wife already submitted documents to NVC? If so, all you can do is wait to see if they ask for it I guess. I haven't sent my documents yet so I guess I'll just send it to NVC to be on the safe side 🤷🏽‍♀️

Yes we submit the documents already..we wait around 5.5 weeks now.. we are going to call the nvc on Monday and if not then we wait.. maby we are lucky haha.. anyways I agree to send it anyways

The only relevant petitioner documents for this particular instance would be if the petitioner was previously married, a copy of the divorce decree would be needed.

And why is that ? The supporting documents is for beneficiary right? And the financial documents is for the petitioner. My wife is the petitioner and I'm the beneficiary. My wife is previously  divorced and she send her divorce papers with the I-130 package. I am not previous married and that's why we didn't send the divorce papers with the nvc package.. and on VJ and nvc they talk about the supporting documents from the applicent.. so what can i do ?
