most people at csc seem to get through without an interview... it looks like uscis has changed some of the messages on the online status part... mine says the same thing (but not approved yet)
good luck!

if you entered on a K1, does the I94 get taken some other time if you don't get an aos interview? just curious...
-
we made the mistake of trying to be organized, we did all 3 applications (I485, I765, I131) and put them in 3 separate folders with dividers showing where everything was and put the checks right in front where they would be seen first. then they got out 2 checks, left the third, rejected the application saying we didn't even pay the 3rd fee and sent everything back to us.
so we asked the congressman's office to put a cover letter on it for us, they overnighted it for us too, they just put paper clips to separate each application, put the cover letter on top, and put the checks on top of that. it seemed to go through fine that time, but the woman working with us said sometimes the workers in the mailroom at chicago aren't very motivated...
hope yours goes right through... best of luck!

hello
my husband is in the same boat... he's been here since july, we've been married since august and s t i l l w a i t i n g...
he spends his time rearranging the apartment (it looks different every day) and cooking and reading about his favorite football team from scotland on the computer...
he has bad days, but we try to get outside (go for a walk or the park on a good day or go to the mall or my parents or anywhere to get him out) every day after i get back from work.
it's rough but best of luck to you...
happy thursday

hi guys
just curious... did any csc transferees send in the vaccination sheet from abroad (or the DS 3025) rather than the I693A? my husband did and i haven't received an RFE, but i am extremely paranoid...
just wondering so i'll be prepared if we do get one...
hope everyone has a happy halloween!

yay!! congratulations!

i don't understand the approval thing, being transferred to CSC is a good thing. it seems a quicker approval (most of the time, not always) and usually there's no interview... hope your approval is quick!
good luck

when my husband arrived on his K1, somehow they put him into the "system" (whatever system ssa uses from immigration) as entering on a tourist visa rather than his K1 and would not issue him a social security card. they told us the same, we'd have to wait for his EAD. But we still contacted our Congressman's office because of that and other random annoying problems from immigration, they've been pretty helpful...
good luck!

yay congratulations!!
