I forgot that the 10th was a holiday, so technically it's only been a couple of working days since getting the initial update. That makes me feel better!

 

I got both, I got the production email on the 9th and last night I got the it was mailed yesterday.

I just got my notification last night the card is being mailed. I got my approval on the 9th,  FYI, the 10th was a federal holiday, UCIS didn’t work. The mail did not run on Saturday. My husband got the approval letter either Monday or Tuesday.

What you saying is partly true? its hard answering the question because everyone tax situation is different.   Just a quick skim through the tax code.  You still qualify for filing status of married jointly, however the rest of this depends on how much you make and if you are taking the standard or itemize deduction.   Try reading Publication 519 or seek help of tax professional.

I don't understand waiting for an interview date.  I remember paying for it and registering online.  We never received any additional information. I got the New case number.  He contacted  the embassy, they sent him a generic email. It had all the links to payments, medical and setting up interview.

Thank you all for your advice, I have notified USC, I am hoping they will investigate it.  I was told they will reopen my case.  Am I going to continue the process.....well that is another story.  I wish everyone success in their process!!!!!!

The letter was written as if I wrote it and it accuse him of being a criminal.

My finance' ex gf wrote a letter and cancelled our visa application. Is there anything we can do? 

I got a response today, that said I withdrew my case. My fiancé' and I did not withdraw our petition. Has this type of error ever happened? I am devastated.  I called the customer service line and they instructed me to call back tomorrow morning.  The only request was for me to change my address last month.

check the new November Post, Geo posted the results today. Maybe, they had some IT issues yesterday.  USCIS touched 195 cases on 2/14.

I am 15 years older then my fiancé. I worry about it.  I know i don't look my age.  But, on paper it seems crazy sometimes.  He does not seem 24.

Someone is anayalze the data from the November. They slowed down processing cases in December 

I suggest following the November post, most of the question asked are addressed in that post. In addition members, are updating every night the status of October/November approvals.
