    We provided both. 

    About 6 months worth of pay stubs as well as a letter from Human Resources verifying employment and income.

    I actually mentioned that I can't imagine how I would handle if I was still waiting, nor would I like to find out.

    My only reason for commenting was to express my empathy, as well to remind us all that we are not any another's shoes.

    We should not ask any other to suppress their feelings about THEIR own process.

    Simply that.

    Hey, I appreciate the feedback, no matter who it was intended for.

    Please understand that this group is for everyone's journey. We are a family.

    We come here to encourage, to vent, to complain, to congratulate, and whatever else is on our hearts at the moment.

    While it is never anyone's intention to be inconsiderate or hurt anyone's feelings (i'm assuming), we have to understand that we are all experiencing our own individual paths and should be able to express our feelings along the way.

    That said, we all should be empathetic to one another. So please, while you don't want anyone to complain about interview, they should not be made to feel bad for expressing themselves.

     

    I am deeply sorry for all those still waiting for NOA2. I can't imagine how I'd be coping with that. Stay strong and stay close so that we can remain one another's support.

     

    Much love to all Jan filers and anyone else playing the biggest waiting game known to man (and woman)!!

    Yea I mean I'm less excited than I would've been if it was earlier in the month. BUT. WE HAVE AN INTERVIEW DATE!!!!! that's what we've been waiting for and we got it!!!!

    Yea NVC wouldn't be able to move it up. You have to wait until the embassy has received your case (once you receive the email, they should have received it)

Surely it should be the very beginning of November considering I narrowly missed end of October. I should be so delighted right now and im NOT.     I have seen things about requesting an earlier date. So maybe you guys can look into that?

I said that people had CC a day or two before me and found out their interview date the next day and he said it's rare but it happens. He was a nice guy! Said that they're in a bit of a "dead zone" for scheduling at the moment because they haven't received the available slots yet. He didn't know when they'd come through but said they've finished scheduling for October and should be scheduling November dates before the end of this month. Ahhhhh! Looks like i missed out on an October date by a day!! 😂😂 

    Awww man!!! Well that's ok, November will still get you to the states in November, God willing. 

    And it sounds like you'll have your date in the matter of a few days!

    The wait for the interview date to come through is not an easy one, let me tell ya! I've been checking my emails hundreds of times a day since we got CC on Friday! Still no sign of a date yet, im hoping it'll come through soon... im too excited I just need to know now when the big day is! :wub:

     

    Some people get interview dates within a day or two, others it can take weeks... hopefully we both hear soon! 

    Thank you! I sure hope its sooner than later for us Jan Filers waiting for interview dates! Definitely nerve wracking! But we aren't new to this waiting game, unfortunately.

    I called NVC, got through immediately. They confirmed that our case is complete as of today!!

    He said we will receive an email informing us of our interview date. When we receive that depends on how many cases are ahead of us at the embassy. The embassy will inform NVVC how many appts they have open and the NVC will assign an interview date.

    Hoping to hear something within the next few days. :D
