  1. hello nick nick,

I hope you can answer my questions. My wife completed her ds 3025 with complete examinations, vaccines and the required immunization that was require by the immigration. Do we still need to include I-693 in filing AOS for her papers? she came from k1 visa.

    thank you in advance

  2. Me and my wife just got married here in Cali using the approved k1 visa. when I file her papers I still have a job but and was able to use employment letter for 2016 but since I got injured my income came from EDD. what I give USCIS is just the employment letter and the tax for 2015.

now its 2017 for sure they will ask for 2016 tax and since its thru EDD my income tax is non taxable. June 8 came and we are at the court when my employer offer a settlement and I accept it and the have me voluntarily resigned as part of the agreement. my question is...do I need a co-sponsor in filing i864?

can I just use my asset to cover the poverty guidelines. I got a settlement of $70k now in my hand plus my house has equity now of $125k that I used in the process of my k1 (the house as asset). Is this gonna be enough to prove I can support my wife?

    hope you can help me.
