  1. Okay. After I will get approved I will do that. Thanks! But my question was I didn't update the status when I got my green card back in 2016. Will it be a problem at the N400 interview?
  2. Hi! Yes! That I would do. And already in N400 there is an option where you check yes and it also another option to check yes to receive a new card. My question was I didn't update the status to SSA after I got green card in 2016. I hope so. Thank you

  7. Hi Guys, my citizenship interview is in a few weeks. I had a traffic ticket and I forgot to mention that in question 15a or 15b questions and so I checked No. Should I tell the officer at the beginning of the interview or wait for them to ask that question, please advise.
  8. Does the letter mean nothing to worry about and just wait for a rescheduled date? Sorry I am paranoid
  9. Hi my N400 interview was scheduled for 19th May. Today I received a status update that it has been canceled/descheduled. The online letter says this "This is to advise you that, due to unforeseen circumstances, we have had to cancel the previously scheduled interview on Monday, May 19, 2025 at 09:15AM for the above applicant. We regret any inconvenience this may cause. We will advise you of any further action taken on this case, including any rescheduled interview appointment information, under separate notice. If you have any questions or comments regarding this notice or the status of your case, please contact the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Contact Center toll free at 1-800-375-5283 (TTY 1-800-767-1833" Should I call or wait? Is it a bad thing? I am so scared right now because of political situations. Please advise!

  12. Hi Everyone, I have been married for 8 years to an US Citizen. I am filing for citizenship online! We have a 2 year old daughter and she lives with us. What to say to the question " Are you providing support to this child'? Should i say yes? If so what to submit as documents? My husband and I share the cost. But he pays for the most like daycare and other expensive stuff. I buy diapers, toys and clothes. Should we submit a letter stating this and get it signed? This portion is very confusing. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
